At the age of 13, she was already a creative little girl, who was drawing and sewing garments and customs for her sisters and friends. As a young entrepreneur she helped run a family business, an European fabric importing company that gave her the opportunity to surround herself with young talent and local trendy fashion designers. Born into a family of artists, musicians and writers, she always admired her mother’s creativity and deep love for the arts, “She loves writing poetry and paints beautifully”. Her father was a talented musician and song writer of his era. “Fashion and art have always being part of my childhood, art has run in my family through generations. I got my creativity from my parents, they both influenced my life as an designer and made me appreciate art in any expression”.Briggith studied Fashion merchandising and textile development in Colombia. But her adventurous and young spirit brought her to New York City to study fashion design at F.I.T. Her magnetic charm and this wonderful city allowed her to be surrounded with amazing talent, including designers, painters, filmmakers, and artists from all over the world. This diverse city helped her create a more intellectual vision that she transposes into her private labels where she has found her individuality making her signature unique. She currently lives in Miami but travels often to New York, Latin America and Europe to continue exploring and expanding her vision for innovation on her designs. My collections represent a modern and sophisticated mixture of elegance and glamour with minimalist lines that enhances my client’s personality.” Bridal gowns have always been my passion, the love for couture and sensuality inspire me to create beautiful gowns to celebrate beauty and sensuality on women. My collections represent a modern and sophisticate taste for elegance, comfort and glamour, Ready To wear represent a real challenge to be innovative keeping the sense of femininity and sensuality in my designs and interpreting new and innovative creations for a real world woman, cotton, knit wear, denim wear Swimwear are edgy and futuristic, keeping sense for what it is that a new generation is looking in fashion but maintaining the comfort and high design on every collection.
